Vintage Syndicate In-Person Return Policy at Saks Department Store

At Vintage Syndicate, we are committed to delivering the highest quality vintage watches. This in-person return policy, exclusive to our Saks Department Store location, is designed to ensure a smooth and secure return process.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Timeframe. Returns for in-person purchases must be initiated within seven (7) days of purchase. Online purchases are final sale only.
In-Person Returns. All returns must be made in person at our Vintage Syndicate pop-up within Saks Department Store.
Condition. Items must be returned in their original condition, both externally and internally, with all packaging and documentation.
Tampering. Tampering with the interior of the watch voids the return policy.
2. RETURN PROCESS OVERVIEW
Inspection by Our Technician. Upon initiating the return, our in-house technician will thoroughly inspect the watch's exterior and interior.
Confirmation of Original Condition. The technician will compare the watch's current state to its initial condition before sale.
3. RETURN STAGES
Confirmation Email. After the return is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for the return process.
Watch Sent to Technician. The watch is then sent to our technician for inspection.
Technician Review. Upon receipt, our technician will open and review the watch.
Approval Status Email. If the watch is approved, you will receive an email indicating its approved status.
Refund Initiation. If approved, the refund process will commence, and the watch will be returned to our inventory.
Disapproval Email. If the watch is not approved, you will receive an email explaining the reasons for disapproval, along with recommended follow-up actions.
